WHERE ARE SHAPENGO PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?
All of our products are shipped from the UK and you can enjoy free shipping with each one of them. Since we are located in the United Kingdom, you do not have to worry about long shipping times and extra costs such as customs tax and with all of our products VAT is included in the price.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Don’t worry, we’ll keep you up to date. As soon as your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email detailing what you ordered. You’ll then get an email when your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of your order anytime.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you were signed into your account when you placed your order, you can track it. Simply visit My Account to check the status of your shipment(s). After placing your order, you receive an email confirming the shipper's tracking number(s) for your shipment(s) if you chose a shipping method that offers tracking. We typically send this confirmation email within 2-3 days after you place your order. If you never received a confirmation email or deleted it, please contact us so we can provide you with the needed information.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address. Most packages will arrive within 3-7 business days. All orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the order.
DO YOU SHIP ON HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS?
Unfortunately we can only ship on business days. If an order is placed during holidays or weekends, we will process your order in the next business day.
CAN I EDIT MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Orders may be changed within 1 hour after being placed. Changes needed to orders placed over the weekend must be communicated within the first hour of the following business day. If you need to edit your order within this window, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you're past this time frame, simply process a normal return or exchange for the correct item.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour after being placed. Orders placed over the weekend must be canceled or changed within the first hour of the following business day. Please e-mail email@example.com if you would like to cancel your order.
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it's easy to make a return and get a refund. No authorization is required. We are proud to offer a no quibble returns policy valid for 30 days from date of shipping. If you need to exchange or return an item then please use our easy Returns & Exchange portal to proceed.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you were signed into your account when you placed your order, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If you want to change your order within the 30 minutes time frame, cancel the original order and place a new one with the changes you would like to make.
To cancel your order, simply sign in to your account, click on My Account, and then My Orders. Select your order and click to cancel.
THE MERCHANDISE I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED. DO I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES TO EXCHANGE IT?
Not at all. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional charge, including shipping and handling fees.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND ONCE I SUBMIT A RETURN?
Once your items are received and inspected by our warehouse, you'll receive your refund. This normally happens within two weeks of receiving your return.
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

HOW CAN I FIND THE CORRECT SIZE FOR MY PRODUCT?
Each product page has its own size chart that will guide you in selecting your perfect size.
HOW DO I TAKE MY BODY MEASUREMENTS CORRECTLY?
Waist - Without any clothes on (or with your top raised), wrap a measuring tape around your midsection. There are two ways to find your waist:
- The fleshy part between your ribs and hips, that will be at navel-level or just above.
- Lean to the side with your hands on your hips. Your waist is that spot on your side that folds inwards.
Hips - With your feet together, measure the widest part of your hips by wrapping a measuring tape around you. Be sure to include your butt cheeks! If the tape isn’t covering the fleshier part of them, then you’re either too high or too low.
Bust - To measure your bust, simply wrap a measuring tape around your breasts and back. Make sure the tape is wrapped straight around your body and covers your nipple area.
This measurement should be ideally done with no bra on.

WHAT ARE YOUR WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?
All of our products must be hand washed or gently machine washed cold(30°C). They should not be tumble dried, ironed or dry cleaned. Also, bleach should not be used when washing.

Use a drawer to store your bras—nest them together, with cups splayed out lengthwise—and stash underwear and socks separately. Keep lingerie in a delicate bag to prevent snags, rips, and fading.
