Payment

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Debit Cards such as Switch and Delta. All credit/debit card details given to this site are encrypted and are processed by Stripe or Paypal.

Pricing Policy

We price our items in such a way that we can offer the customer excellent value for money, wide selection and the assurance that we will still be around to give customer service. Our prices may change from time to time along with promotional offers but the price you see at checkout and on your receipt is the price you will pay at all times.

Postage & Packing

Free Standard UK Delivery Over £50:

You should receive your goods within 5 to 7 days of your order being placed. In certain circumstances a signature may be required upon receipt and in the event that you are unable to accept your delivery a calling card will be posted through your letter box with details on how to collect or rearrange delivery. If your cart amount is below £50, the cost for this service is £3.49

Express UK Delivery:

You should receive your goods within 1 to 2 days of your order being placed. We do not offer any delivery guarantees with this service however next day receipt is the norm. The cost for this service is £7.95.

Currency

All our prices are quoted in pounds sterling and all payments are made in pounds sterling irrespective of your location.

Rights to Cancel

By law, customers in the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 days after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To exercise these rights we request that you complete the returns note that was included with your item and send this back to us. Alternatively you may email us in order to cancel. We will complete any refund requests within 14 days when you exercise your rights under these regulations. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint, please email us, at info@shapengo.co.uk your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will attempt to resolve it within 10 working days. In any case all issues will be resolved within a month of the complaint. The customer will be informed at every stage of the complaints process. Nothing mentioned in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
