Company Returns Policy

We are proud to offer a no quibble returns policy valid for 30 days from date of shipping. If you need to exchange or return an item then please use our easy Returns & Exchange portal to proceed.

Exchanges

Upon receipt of your unwanted item and the completed exchange form we will begin to process this as a normal order and you can expect to be in receipt of exchange with 3 to 5 days.

Refunds

In the event that you require a refund then subject to acceptance we will issue this to the payment method originally used within 14 days of receipt of return.

RETURN POLICY RULES

• Due to health regulations - USED products with MISSING TAGS OR PACKAGING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
• If you don't absolutely love our shapewear, we will take it back unworn and with tags attached for exchange or store credit
• Items must be unworn, free of scents and marks with all tags still attached, and shipped back in their original packaging
• Any garment returned used with missing tags or damaged packaging will not be eligible for returns and will be shipped back to you at your own expense
• Items marked as Clearance are not returnable or exchangeable

General Return Notes

For hygienic purposes, when trying on any garments please ensure that you do so over your own underwear. Do not remove any labels, tags or accessories until you are happy with you purchase. Failure to follow this will more than likely result in us not accepting you return.

In the event that you require a refund, then the return postage charges will be your responsibility and will not be covered by us. The initial shipping rates that were paid with the order are non-refundable. We recommend that you return items by a trackable method and these costs will be your responsibility unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part.
